"This was our first time to this area of Nuevo Nayarit and I picked this hotel for our first 2 nights before we went elsewhere. It ended up being so amazing we went back for the last 3 nights of our trip. The staff are really friendly, it's relaxing and the pools are amazing. Great restaurant as well, we had several meals there and enjoyed them so much. Special shout out to Angel for being extra awesome and making us feel welcome."

This was the perfect getaway for us. Spent 2 weeks at the Mio. The rooms were clean and modern with decent house keeping. They have purified ice and water machines on every floor so you can keep your bottle topped up. Free secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff.
Initially, we had the room 347 right under the gym, some users got there very early in the morning and was very loud banging from dropping dumbbells or stacks, the front desk promptly moved us to a better room. I would...

We loved the king suite room with the balcony! Amazing views of the city, golf course, marina area & ocean in the distance. The room was beautifully equipped with comfortable king bed, small fridge, microwave, good sized TV, double sinks in bathroom and power drapes! The water pressure in shower was weak and we could have used a safety grab bar in the shower.
Food in the snack bar (hot dogs & hamburgers) was very tasty, all in all , a most enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed this resort! With the all inclusive plan, you get access to the restaurants and facilities of the neighbouring resort as well. So many options for food and with the time we visited (September) there was no waits at all. The pool and ocean area were so clean. Staff are always helpful. One thing you should know however for their free spa service (with all inclusive) it is only one service for one person per room. But really we would recommend this resort nonetheless.

We reserved, via Expedia, a room with an ocean view, a king bed and a sofa bed, in March 2024. We are a family of four including two teenagers. I knew this hotel offered suites with kitchenettes, but a kitchenette was not mentioned in our room’s description when I reserved, so we were nicely surprise when we got there. We actually got two rooms, each with its own TV, connected together with a door with a lock, with a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a balcony with a jacuzzi and a dining table...

Most of the staffs offered pleasant services and we were willing to leave tips as what we appreciated. The only unpleasant thing was “the membership presentation “morning.

Our family of 3 stayed at this resort for 5 nights and 6 days. It was our family's first time in Mexico. So we opt in to all inclusive. We had a lovely stay. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of options for food! For lunch and dinner there were plenty of options as well. For dinner, make sure to make a reservation for their restaurants. We did not encounter any aggressive time-share agent.
I would recommend! Thanks for the great experience!

Actually composing a review because I went down the same rabbit hole you are doing right now. Noticed a lot of 10 out of 10’s when doing our research, then looked at all the bad reviews and started to question whether or not we should go here (as those reviews were obviously drastically different). After a week spent, I can tell you that (as far as all-inclusives go) this place is awesome.
It’s not a big party scene, you don’t get those super cheesy entertainment dances every night, but it’s...

5 star property, staff amazing and rooms very nice.
Just keep in mind property is extremely large and have long distances between hotel and other amenities. The staff try to accommodate as best they can at all times with shuttles and there is the gondola too that is a necessity.
If you can handle the size of the resort everything else is amazing.

Had an amazing trip, the food was great and even the buffet had different options everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Orlando was very sweet and fun during the kayak tours & made sure we felt our trip was personalized and cared for.
Only comment would be some of the servers at the restaurants treated my partner and I not as well as other guests and we felt it was because we look younger than others. It didn’t feel like some staff took us seriously or with the same amount of respect as...
